How It's Made

Our journey begins deep in the tropics, where Hevea brasiliensis trees are hand-tapped by skilled farmers. The milky latex sap is collected sustainably — no tree is harmed, each fully regenerates within hours.

About the maintenance of latex pillow

Latex pillows are not recommended for washing.

It can be hung in a cool and ventilated place after being used for a period of time.

  1. 01Our pillows are vacuum-packed. When you receive your package, please leave the pillow in a dry and ventilated place for 2-3 days. This pillow may become smaller in size after vacuum packaging. You can tap it a few times after taking out the packaging or let it rest for a period of time to restore the pillow to its original shape.
  2. 02Natural latex pillows have a little natural rubber smell, but it is harmless to the human body — the smell will fade away in the air.
  3. 03For those who are extremely sensitive and cannot stand the natural latex smell, this pillow may not be your best choice.
  4. 04Keep the pillow away from direct sunlight which will cause its surface powdery.
  5. 05Our pillow is one-time molded, and it will have a 0.39-1.18 inch error. It is normal. If you mind, do not buy it.
  6. 06Our pillows are made of natural latex from Thailand. Inevitable defects such as burrs and holes will appear during the production process. These are normal phenomena and do not affect the quality of the pillow itself.
